The Angry Cats

BIOGRAPHY (French version of the biography hereunder)

When Fred created The Angry Cats in 2008,
he had already lived several lives as singer
and guitar player with hundreds of gigs, dozens
of hours in recording studios, experiences of all kinds and
a strong musical culture. Influenced by Rock’n’Roll,
Punk-Rock, Texas-blues, Industrial Music or Stoner Rock,
the band’s sound is very personal, both classic
and doped by a multiform energy of revolt,
the same sense of protest that has defined
Rock music from the start.

The Angry Cats have been playing as part
of the Alternative scene in France,
Switzerland or Germany, as well as at
prestigious venues such as the Montreux
Jazz Festival or the Olympia in Paris.

BIOGRAPHIE

Lorsque Fred a formé The Angry Cats
en 2008, il a déjà plusieurs vies de
chanteur et de guitariste à son actif, des centaines
de concerts, des dizaines d’heures de studio,
des expériences tous azimut et une
solide culture musicale.
Influencé à la fois par le Rock’n’Roll,
le Punk-Rock, le Texas-blues, la
Musique Industrielle ou encore le Stoner,
le son du trio est très personnel,
à la fois classique et dopé par une
énergie multiforme et révoltée,
celle du Rock depuis ses origines.

The Angry Cats ont joué dans les réseaux
alternatifs de France, de Suisse ou
d’Allemagne, et aussi sur des scènes
prestigieuses, comme au Jazz Festival
de Montreux ou encore à l’Olympia à Paris.
